This time they found a new apartment to run their business again but their lives are continually horrible enough when a new haunted guest is appearing in this place.

“Ausamanee”, Thai folk dancing ghost, revengefully died and become a landlord devil haunting people in this apartment. Three drag queens call their friendship ghost “Pancake” to handle with the grudge ghost by turning back time to fix Ausamanee’s tragedy matters in the past for releasing her spirit.
