Pai and Tueng were in debt after they lost on a boat race. To get the money, they decided to rob a grave. By accident, they had awaken the Tua Rae ghost which went chasing after them to retrieve the necklace that they took from his body. Tueng dies but Pai was saved by a witch doctor who separated Tua Rae head from the body. Pai became witch doctor's apprenctice, married witch doctor's daughter and had a son.

Mek, Pai's son had a friend Pong. Both are secretly admire Pakar and Ngek. But Pakar already was spoken for. Pong asked Mek to help him with his amorous intention toward Ngek. So, they went to graveyard to get oil from some corpse to make love potion. Accidentally, they dug out Tua Rae again. Angry ghost went on avenging rampage to retrieve his head. Everybody ran head over heels for shelter of the ice factory. Mek noticed that when ghost come near cold valve the ghost would recoil. When Mek tried to open the valves, the ghost took Pakar as hostage. Mek hoped that returning the necklace would put the ghost at a rest but the fight went on. Struggling with Mek the headless ghost fell into the ice pit and froze. Happy for their deliverance no one saw that Tua Rae started to melt . . .
